Role Description
The Executive - Concepts & CS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts for events and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients, and managing project execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Creative ideation and conceptualization skills for event concepts and brand activations
- Experience in Client Servicing, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in Presentation Design and the ability to deliver compelling proposals
- Strong Project Management skills, including timeline management and coordination
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in industry tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or relevant design software
- Prior experience in event management, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
