Job Summary:
RazorSign is looking for detailed oriented Client Enablement Executive. This role will be directly accountable for the overall success of the implementation/ roll-out of the products according to strict deadlines and to budget. You will be responsible for overall execution including planning, overall approach, target market/customer, technologies, time frames, deliverables, scope, risk, efforts, etc. It also includes defining or adopting the specific process/procedures that will be used to manage the product.
As delivery executive you must work closely with your manager in constantly championing the product features and functionality and you must explain/demonstrate your product capabilities and benefits of the product to other USIL team members, to new employees, sales team, customers etc., anytime.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand process for Configuration modelling for all products
- Assist manager in Onboarding of the client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, and Support) to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Configure product settings, integrations, and custom workflows as per client requirements.
- Document client requirements, configuration details, and implementation milestones.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide proactive solutions.
- Track and report on project progress, client satisfaction, and key onboarding metrics.
- Provide training and enablement support to clients, post-implementation to drive adoption.
- Identify process improvements and share client feedback with the product and success teams
- Conceptualize and formulate best of solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives.

Qualifications:
- Experience up to 2 years in client onboarding, implementation, or within a SaaS or IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field/ MBA
- Collaborative/ cooperative and a sales approach
- Conflict resolution and negotiations skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of APIs, data mapping, or integrations (preferred)
