We are building a talent pipeline for several exciting Indian restaurant openings across the USA and are seeking exceptional Head Chefs and Sous Chefs with a proven track record in leading high-volume, premium Indian kitchens.
This opportunity is ideal for culinary leaders who combine operational excellence with recognised professional achievements that may support a US O-1B Visa application.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience as an head Chef or sous Chef in high-volume Indian restaurants, luxury hotels, or established restaurant groups.
- Outstanding expertise in authentic and contemporary Indian cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead large kitchen teams, maintain exceptional food quality, and deliver operational excellence.
- Experience opening new restaurants or leading successful culinary operations is highly desirable.
- Strong menu development, food costing, and kitchen management skills.
Preferred Profile (O-1B Visa Potential)
Candidates with one or more of the following will be particularly attractive:
- National or international culinary awards or competition recognition.
- Newspaper, magazine, television, or digital media coverage.
- A strong professional presence on recognised social media or culinary platforms.
- Leadership roles within acclaimed, award-winning, or Michelin-recognised restaurants.
- Notable contributions to the culinary profession through innovation, concept development, publications, judging competitions, speaking engagements, or other evidence of distinction.
