Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Prayagraj. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations of the hotel, including menu development, food preparation, and quality control. Key responsibilities include leading kitchen staff, ensuring the efficient operation of kitchen activities, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing food costs, and creating exquisite dining experiences for guests. The role also involves collaborating closely with the management team and mentoring junior chefs to uphold exceptional culinary standards.

- Culinary Expertise: Exemplary skills in cooking, menu planning, recipe creation, and food presentation.
- Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a diverse kitchen team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Hygiene & Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Skills in managing food costs, maintaining inventory, and overseeing procurement processes.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to design unique and refined dishes that showcase culinary artistry and respond to guest preferences.
- Problem-Solving & Organization: Strong problem-solving abilities and efficient time management to handle high-pressure kitchen operations.
- Education & Experience: Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, with professional experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in luxury hospitality.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Local Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with regional Indian and international cuisines is a plus.
