Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will spearhead the kitchen operations, curate innovative menus, and ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the highest standards. They will manage kitchen staff, oversee food costs, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Executive Chef will work towards enhancing operational efficiencies and collaborating on new culinary concepts to elevate the customer dining experience.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Years of Experience is must
- Proficiency in culinary techniques, recipe development, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory control
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and compliance standards
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for culinary innovation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to operate efficiently under pressure
- Experience in a similar leadership role within the food and hospitality industry
- Culinary degree or relevant qualification is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
