Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Amravati. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities will also include managing kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dishes, and introducing innovative culinary ideas while adhering to the established restaurant concept. The Executive Chef will collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in culinary arts, including cooking techniques, menu development, and food presentation
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and mentor kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management practices
- Ability to create innovative recipes while balancing flavor, cost, and seasonal ingredients
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and resource management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or a similar leadership role is highly preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certifications are an asset
