Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to join the Tall Oaks team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing inventory and procurement, and overseeing kitchen budgets. The candidate will play a key role in creating an inspiring dining experience while upholding Tall Oaks' commitment to fresh and quality ingredients and innovative cuisine.
Qualifications
- Culinary expertise, including menu development and food preparation techniques
- Experience in kitchen management, staff training, and task delegation
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management, procurement, and cost control
- Creativity and passion for innovative cooking
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a culinary setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred
