Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and managing daily kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, ensuring food quality standards, overseeing food preparation processes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role is based in Mohanpur, with some flexibility for remote work when operationally feasible.
Qualifications
- Proven culinary skills, including menu creation, recipe development, and advanced cooking techniques
- Experience in kitchen and staff management, including training, scheduling, and team leadership
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, along with significant professional experience as a chef
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in menu cost control and vendor negotiations is an advantage
