Chai Nagri is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and efficiency across our food brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative menus while maintaining brand standards and profitability.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage food costing, inventory control, procurement planning, and wastage reduction.
• Establish and maintain recipe standardization and kitchen SOPs.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to support business growth and new product development.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of culinary experience, including leadership experience in a senior kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of menu engineering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large kitchen teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
