Role Description

This full-time, on-site Executive Chef role is based in Nagpur at Hotel Centre Point. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, including planning and preparing menus, managing food quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, managing kitchen staff, controlling food costs, coordinating with suppliers, and introducing innovative culinary concepts to enhance guest experiences.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in culinary techniques, menu planning, and food presentation
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and cost management practices
  • Ability to innovate and create unique dishes to meet diverse guest preferences
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in hospitality
  • Proficiency in handling multi-cuisine operations is an advantage
