Role Overview
The Executive Chef will lead the culinary vision of CGH Earth’s new naturopathy wellness luxury center in Uttarakhand. This role requires a creative leader who can design and deliver menus aligned with naturopathy principles, focusing on holistic wellness, nutrition, and sustainability, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create innovative, health-focused menus rooted in naturopathy principles, emphasizing plant-based, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Guest Experience: Collaborate with wellness practitioners to design personalized dietary plans for guests.
- Sustainability Practices: Champion eco-friendly practices, including waste reduction, farm-to-table sourcing, and mindful cooking.
- Innovation: Introduce new culinary techniques and wellness-focused recipes that enhance the center’s luxury positioning.
- Budget Management: Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or health-focused establishments.
- Strong knowledge of Wellness,
- Expertise in menu engineering, food presentation, and guest-centric dining.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for sustainability and holistic wellness.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
