Job Title Executive- Career Services
Reports to Head- Corporate Connect
Location Mumbai
Job Purpose
This incumbent ensures seamless execution of Career Service Modules for enrolled students at NCDOE. Co-ordinate with Students, Corporates, Vendors, Faculties, Trainers, Coaches etc. for delivering Career Service modules. The incumbent markets Career services programs to employers, capture students’ expertise, and identify relevant jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- On-board hiring partners and liaison with them to schedule job interviews for students enrolled in Career Service program.
- Manage student expectations, collect feedback and build testimonials from students & recruiters
- Co-ordinate with students for scheduling counselling, training sessions and other activities conducted as part of Career Service program
- Work with Career Service Manager on industry-wise job opportunities and skill sets required.
- Understand the profile of students, Co-ordinate with recruiters in understanding the job requirements and fulfilling them with relevant students’ profiles.
- Identify & develop various sources of job opportunities such as NCDOE alumni network, Job fairs, Job portals, recruitment firms, direct companies.
- Organize NCDOE job fairs.
- Maintain regular contacts with companies for new job opportunities.
- Maintain MIS for the activities conducted & Generate reports to management on student employment progress
- Work effectively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve student placement goals.

Requirements- Education & work experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate, Management Degree preferred, but not compulsory
- Between 3- 5 years in successful business development and delivery experience with recruitment firms/Education Institute/Corporate HR
- Must have experience in sourcing jobs and fulfilling the job mandate
