Description of position:
We are seeking an experienced Executive with a strong background in IT sales, business
development, and strategic planning to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4
years of relevant experience in IT sales, with a deep understanding of reference and as well as
staffing and project-related sales.
He / She should be able to understand the technical aspects of analytics and technology services to device result oriented outreach activities.
Desired skills and experiences:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales
targets in the IT sector.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of networking, referrals, and
cold outreach.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address their specific
requirements.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
and lead generation activities.
6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry
trends and identify potential areas for growth.
7. Guide the sales team and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance
management to achieve exceptional results.
8. Candidate should have basic knowledge or be ready to learn quickly in the
following technologies like - Tableau, Power BI, SAC, ETL, and DW using SSIS,
SAP BW
9. Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and HR
department, and other teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with both external and internal clients,
including senior management and team leads within the organization
11. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop
action plans accordingly.
12. Stay informed about the latest developments in the IT industry and technological
advancements.
13. 3-4 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on reference and network-
based sales, staffing, and project-related sales.
14. Strong business knowledge with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop
effective sales strategies.
15. Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
16. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving
revenue growth.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven attitude.
18. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Educational Qualifications:
1. Candidates should hold a minimum bachelor’s degree. MBA- preferred
2. Any relevant certifications.
Work Location: Pune
Joining period: Immediate to within 15-20 days.
