Job Summary - LED Sales / Electrical Sales
The Executive Business Development role is responsible for driving growth through lead generation, field sales, and new business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong B2B sales skills and a passion for building relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance against targets.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation and B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
