Job Title: Executive - Business Development

Job Summary

The Executive - Business Development will be responsible for driving B2B sales and expanding our market presence in the office automation and barcode or printer industry. This role requires a target-driven individual with a proven track record in lead generation and new business acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the office automation or barcode/printer industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
