Job Description - Executive - Business Development
Job Title: Executive - Business Development (LED SALES)
Job Summary
The Executive - Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, B2B sales strategies, and new business development initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications And Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
