This role is budgeted at up to ₹15,000 Per Month. Kindly apply only if this Salary range works for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers on Phone Calls and Messages
- Receiving Customer calls and explain them about the product (In their own comfortable language)
- Calling Customers for order related details and Support Phone Calls
- Interacting and Managing customers on Live Chat, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Order Processing (Data Entry on server / Card Designing and Printing)
- Verifying Card Data before shipping
- Order Fulfilment on any Other Mediums than currently being used
- Management and Operations:
- Inventory Management
- Managing Daily Workflows
- Social Media Creation and Posting
- Interacting with Leads provided through Live Chat or through our Company.
- Packing the parcels and Courier and Porter pickups (including all Couriers for Tensai Computers)
- Budget Management
- Business Goals Achievement
- Ensuring Deadlines are met
