Role Description
You will be responsible for the following in your Tenure at the company:
- Greet Customers on Phone Calls and Messages
- Answering / Calling Customer's calls and explain them about the product (In their own comfortable language)
- Calling / Receiving Calls for order related details and Support Phone Calls
- Interacting and Managing customers on WhatsApp, Live Chat, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Order Processing (Data Entry on server / Card Designing and Printing / Packing the parcel and Courier pickup)
- Inventory Management
- Lead Generation
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
- Experience in Market Research and Brand Marketing
- Strong Communication skills and client interaction abilities
- Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Educational background or relevant experience in Marketing, Branding, or related fields
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi Language
- Should be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
- Should Know the Basics of Coral Draw / Photoshop. If willing to learn, then training will be provided.
