About The Role
As our new Executive-Billing, you will be responsible for post contract validation and inspection of our interior projects.
What Makes The Role Successful
On site
- You will responsible for visiting the site post completion and review the quantity of materials used in the project
- You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates.
- You will be responsible for generating bill for the client post validation.
Off-site
- You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to Finance Team for processing
What We’re Looking For
- You are a billing professional with minimum 1-3 years of experience in building construction industry.
- You have relevant experience of working in Interior fit-out projects.
- You have a diploma or degree in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- You have in-depth knowledge of working on excel
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
