Job Objectives:

• Monitors production & dispatches
• Monitors attendance and overtime
• Monitors 5S
• Responsible for ensuring quality to the standard operating procedures, in process control standard
• To make Kaizen and Improvements related to SEQDCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles document review of Standard Operating Procedures, EHS Documents & Control Plan.
• Daily routine work (i.e., IBT, Scrap, Export & Sales Invoice) and E-Waybills. Daily stock match with physical & system.
• Dispatch plan made as per the logistic requirements
• Making an effective dispatch plan according to requirements and monitoring the dispatch process to avoid any delay.
• PR making as per the requirement & follow-up for material.
• Dispatch the test tyres & samples as per the requirement by QA-Tech within the target dates.
• Review the WH layout and make the required changes as and when required.
• Prepare safety OPL, HIRA, AIA, KYT, and KAIZEN, and conduct training for all team members about all the safety activities.
• Proper monitoring of the warehouse storage capacity.
• Full utilisation of vehicle space to minimise freight.
• Tires were shipped as per the budget with the quality standard, with zero discrepancy in the FGW Inventory. Utilisation of WH capacity.
• Zero discrepancy during stock audits & external audits.
• Perform other related duties as required by superiors from time to time.
