Job Title: Executive – 3PL Logistics & E-commerce Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage 3PL logistics operations and e-commerce order processing. The role involves handling MIS reports, tracking shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate with 3PL logistics partners for daily operations
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to dispatch, delivery, and returns
Track and monitor shipment status to ensure adherence to defined TATs
Handle end-to-end e-commerce order processing on platforms like Shopify
Capture and reconcile platform sales data accurately
Identify delivery issues and send escalation emails to courier partners
Follow up proactively on pending deliveries and ensure closure
Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all logistics activities
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in logistics / e-commerce operations
Strong understanding of 3PL logistics and order fulfillment processes
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify)
Good knowledge of MIS reporting and Excel
Ability to track, analyze, and improve delivery TAT
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and order processing
