Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in New Delhi. The Executive will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic goals of the company. Responsibilities include overseeing business processes, maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, and assisting with the development and execution of business strategies. Collaboration and effective communication will play a critical role in ensuring operational success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Experience in business strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Proven expertise in operations management or project coordination
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
