Role Description
This is an on-site full-time Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Executive will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across various aspects of advisory, assurance, and tax services. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in client-related activities, preparing financial reports, conducting thorough data analyses, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with team members to develop effective solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- CA qualified
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Expertise in tax compliance, corporate taxation, and knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in contemporary tools and technologies relevant to accounting and assurance practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm or a similar professional services environment is an advantage.
