Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Executive will support the company’s supply chain operations by ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day logistics activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, managing workflows, addressing customer and operational queries, and adhering to quality and time efficiency standards. Additionally, the Executive will assist in optimizing processes to ensure cost savings and enhanced service delivery to meet the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining records and managing workflows efficiently
• Effective communication and collaborative skills to manage cross-functional team coordination
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for optimizing logistics processes and addressing operational challenges
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management, including Express Distribution, 3PL operations, and warehousing
• Proficiency with logistics management software and tools along with strong computer literacy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage
