Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Kota, Rajasthan. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating operational activities, assisting with strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of organizational processes. The Executive will work closely with various teams to support institutional objectives and help drive student success through effective communication and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working across teams and with stakeholders
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking
- Basic knowledge of technology and tools used in business operations, along with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in education or coaching sectors is an advantage
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
