Material Planning Executive
Primary Goal: To synchronize the vendor’s production schedule with the project’s timeline, ensuring no delays in material availability or site activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in coordination with vendors.
- Track the status of sub-components and raw materials to identify potential bottlenecks early.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) based on project lead times.
- Monitor vendor production planning to ensure they are prioritizing your project’s specific requirements and quantities.
- Manage logistics and delivery windows to ensure materials arrive at the site exactly when needed for project activities.
- Key Skills: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Proficiency in Excel/ERP, Inventory Control, and Timeline Management (Gantt Charts).
