Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Executive position at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day banking operations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with account management, and promoting the bank’s products and services. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries effectively
- Experience in financial services, account management, and sales-related activities
- Proficiency in banking software, data entry, and basic IT tools
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and banking processes
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and ability to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail banking or financial services is an added advantage
