Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Bangalore Urban. The Executive will support daily operations, including coordination with internal departments, documentation, reporting, and follow-up on key action items. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and implementation of programs related to oilseeds procurement, processing, and distribution, as well as maintaining accurate data and records. The role involves regular interaction with stakeholders, preparing summaries and presentations for management, and ensuring compliance with relevant organizational policies and procedures. The Executive will also contribute to process improvements and support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations) and comfort working with data and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment in Bangalore Urban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in cooperatives, agribusiness, supply chain, or a related sector is an advantage.
