Role Description This is a full-time remote Executive role responsible for supporting business operations across JACPL’s key segments. The Executive will assist in coordinating daily activities such as data collection, reporting, and documentation for commercial, supply chain, or functional teams. They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track performance metrics, support process improvements, and ensure timely execution of management directives and operational plans. The role includes preparing presentations and dashboards, maintaining records in relevant systems, and supporting compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Executive will also contribute to stakeholder communication, follow up on action items, and provide administrative and analytical support to senior team members.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data and reports.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge or exposure to FMCG, chemicals, agri-inputs, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in an operations or business support role is preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset, integrity in handling sensitive information, and a commitment to continuous learning.
