Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters
- Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives
- Drive and support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and culture-building activities
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
- Maintain HR data and generate insights to support decision-making
- Promote company values and help foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Good hands on experience on MS excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Good understanding of HR processes and policies
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, in the IT industry
