Role Description
This is a full-time Executive role based at our on-site location in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Executive will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying business prospects, conducting market research, negotiating and closing business deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves managing client interactions, providing tailored solutions, and driving key performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Business Communication
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Analytical and Research skills to understand market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional business settings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, while managing dynamic work schedules
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, or marketplace roles is a plus
