Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Executive will be responsible for coordinating business operations, building strong relationships with clients, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring the seamless execution of processes. The role includes managing sales inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining outstanding customer service standards to achieve organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning and participating in periodic reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Sales and Account Management with the ability to handle client inquiries and deliver impactful solutions
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to assess customer requirements and develop business strategies
- Customer Service skills focused on ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat engagement
- Organizational and Time Management skills for efficient handling of diverse tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with an aptitude to quickly adapt to new software and technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to organizational objectives
- Relevant experience within B2B platforms, customer relationship management, or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
