Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at IndiaMART, based in Kolkata. The Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, including interacting with clients, providing support, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operations. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, achieving assigned targets, and promoting IndiaMART’s services in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in preparing reports and using basic office software
- Customer relationship and client management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address challenges and identify solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing roles is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
