Role Description This is a full-time Executive role based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Executive will assist in preparing and processing documentation related to government subsidies, tax, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing client information, coordinating with relevant authorities, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role involves supporting senior team members in research and analysis, tracking application status, and ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance requirements. The Executive will also communicate with clients to address queries, provide updates, and help ensure a smooth advisory experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and work with government subsidy schemes, tax provisions, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong skills in documentation, data handling, and record-keeping, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Competence in client communication, including clear written and verbal interaction and professional follow-up.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as MS Excel, Word, and email tools) for reporting and documentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret rules, notifications, and policy documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Prior exposure to consulting, taxation, or regulatory work is an advantage but not mandatory.
