Role Description The Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Executive will support daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing documentation, and assisting in planning and scheduling activities related to machinery and electro-systems projects. Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and client requirements. The role also involves supporting procurement or sales processes, addressing customer inquiries, and helping maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Executive is expected to collaborate closely with senior leadership, contribute to process improvements, and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfort working with digital records and documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of industrial or machinery operations is beneficial; prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and maintain a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
- Educational background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
