Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and creative ORM Executives cum Content Writers with 2–3 years of experience in digital content writing and basic knowledge of Online Reputation Management (ORM). Candidates with prior hands-on ORM experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality content including blogs, articles, and web content.
• Manage and monitor online reputation across digital platforms.
• Respond to online queries, reviews, and discussions professionally.
• Handle content publishing and engagement on platforms like Quora, Reddit, and similar forums.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Research industry-related topics and generate SEO-friendly content.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Digital Content Writer.
• Basic understanding of ORM practices and tools.
• Experience working in an organization or agency handling multiple clients.
• Good knowledge of platforms such as Quora, Reddit, and other discussion portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in handling ORM profiles for educational institutions or corporate brands.
