Job Description : Influencer & Project Sales
Industry: Plywood / Laminates / Building Materials
Role Summary
Drive project sales by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and influencers to generate specifications, strengthen brand visibility, and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
Generate project leads and drive product specifications in residential and commercial projects.
Execute influencer engagement activities such as architect meets, workshops, and product presentations.
Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, and distributors for project closures.
Track project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned sales and engagement targets within the territory.
Requirements
Experience: 3–6 years in project sales, specification selling, or influencer management.
Preferred experience in plywood, laminates, furniture fittings, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
