Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based at our Bengaluru facility. The Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with company processes and quality standards. The individual will facilitate communication, track progress on key deliverables, and contribute to strategic planning and reporting. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals, along with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and convey ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and time management.
• Familiarity with quality standards, compliance guidelines, and operational efficiency processes, particularly in manufacturing or medical device settings, is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound and timely decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
