We are looking for the following position for our Business Development & Corporate Planning (BDCP) Department
Designation: Management Executive - Corporate Planning – 01 No. (ARAI Contract)
Location: Kothrud, Pune
ARAI is seeking a motivated and experienced Executive to join our team in Business Development & Corporate Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering and management background, with 2-5 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, project management, plant engineering or a related field.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To support Corporate Planning team in Project planning, monitoring & management, Documentation, Liaising, Internal & External audits, Reports etc.
- Prepare financial reports for projects vis a vis funding
- Co-ordinate & Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Testing, R&D, Purchase and Finance, to execute the workflow and work assignments.
- Prepares presentations, reports, proposals, and other documents to support Department Objectives.
- Demand forecasting and Market Assessment for proposed facilities.
- Seeks new methods and strategies to improve efficiency in internal processes.
Required Skills:
- Must have knowledge of financial tasks, including facility planning, capital budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project management.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as SAP, Advanced Excel, MS Project, etc.
- Willingness to travel to various site locations, as well as vendor sites.
- Ability to create, implement, and apply a budget.
- Must effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Good presentation skills.
- Should be a collaborative team player
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Should have a Full-time Post-Graduation/MBA {Finance/Project Management) from a reputed institution.
- Relevant experience between 2 to 5 Years, preferably in Automotive/Testing domain.
Age: 26 to 34 Years
Previously interviewed candidate for the same profile need not apply.
This vacancy is on ARAI contract i.e on ARAI Payroll for 2 year.
