Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and explain their technical features and benefits.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer requirements.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to basic queries.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic understanding of technical products or willingness to learn.
- Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Qualification
- Graduate.
- Experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
