Purpose of the Role:
This position is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities within the assigned region. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the business development team in executing growth strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned sales and revenue targets for the region in line with business growth plans.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business potential.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers in collaboration with the technical team.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to agreed payment terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to management.
- Work closely with the sourcing and product management teams to identify potential product gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits on average 10-12 days per month to drive new customer acquisition and business growth.
- Work on CRM to update all leads & manage other sales processes.
