Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, India. The position includes opportunities across various leadership functions such as Executive roles, Associate Managers, Business Managers, and Business Heads. Responsibilities will include team management, driving business strategies, ensuring operational excellence, monitoring key performance indicators, and fostering a positive customer service environment. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional departments, mentoring staff, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
- Experience in business strategy, operations, and achieving key performance targets.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools to monitor business and operational efficiency.
- Relevant academic background, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
