Executive Associate | Location: On-site | Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
SAAKHI APPARELS is looking for a driven and adaptable Executive Associate to work directly with the Board of Directors in a fast-growing, purpose-driven startup environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key business functions while contributing to strategic and operational initiatives that are central to the company’s growth.
The selected candidate will assist leadership in day-to-day activities, support the execution of business initiatives, and contribute to projects including government-related assignments and operations on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portals. The role involves working closely with multiple teams, coordinating across functions, and gaining a strong understanding of how a scaling enterprise operates in real time.
In addition to execution, the role requires conducting research, gathering insights, maintaining reports and documentation, and supporting decision-making processes. The candidate will be expected to adapt to a dynamic work environment, take initiative, and contribute effectively to problem-solving across various domains.
We are seeking individuals who are at least 12th pass, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated attitude. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, capable of adapting to evolving business needs, and able to manage responsibilities with a high level of ownership and accountability.
