We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the VP – Sales in
managing day-to-day operations, sales coordination, client interactions, and administrative tasks. The
ideal candidate will act as the right hand of the VP, ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies,
efficient communication, and timely follow-ups across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Coordination
•Provide high-level administrative support to the VP – Sales.
•Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
•Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Sales Support
•Coordinate with sales teams for reports, targets, and performance tracking.
•Maintain and update sales dashboards, pipelines, and CRM data.
•Support in preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
•Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics and generating MIS reports.
Communication & Client Interaction
•Act as a point of contact between the VP – Sales, clients, and internal teams.
•Follow up with clients, partners, and sales executives on pending actions.
•Organize and prepare agendas for internal and external sales meetings.
Project & Process Management
•Support in execution of sales strategies and business initiatives.
•Track progress of key sales projects and ensure deadlines are met.
•Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
•Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and reports.
•High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
