Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Guard the President’s time by prioritising and managing complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the President, department heads and external clients.
- Meeting Preparation: Draft agendas, record accurate Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) and track the completion of assigned action items.
- Business Communication: Draft emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the President, ensuring internal and external communications remain highly professional.
- Data & Project Support: Create PowerPoint presentations, maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and assist with strategic projects.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, visas and hotel accommodations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial, HR and corporate data with the utmost discretion.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level administration or operational support.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, critical thinking and advanced time-management skills.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms.
