Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to the Founders role based in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize events to ensure the Founders’ time is used effectively. The role includes preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials; taking detailed meeting notes; and tracking follow-ups and action items. The Executive Assistant will handle confidential correspondence, screen and prioritize incoming communications, and interface professionally with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting special projects, conducting basic research as needed, maintaining documentation and records, and proactively anticipating operational needs to enable smooth functioning of the Founders’ activities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including calendar management, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails, documents, and presentations.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new digital tools and platforms.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events, and logistics for senior leaders or executives.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Prior experience supporting founders, CXOs, or senior leadership in a startup, venture, or innovation-focused environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in emerging technologies and sectors such as Media and Entertainment, FinTech, Renewable Energy, and Food & Beverage is a plus.
