WhyNot Advertising is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Director who's organized, proactive, and thrives in the fast-paced world of advertising. If you've experienced agency life, you'll know that no two days are ever the same—and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
### Here's what we're looking for:
✨ 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
✨ Prior experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Branding, Media, or Creative Agency is a must
✨ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
✨ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
✨ Someone who can multitask, prioritize, and stay two steps ahead
✨ High level of professionalism and discretion while handling confidential information
📍 Location: Thane (Work from Office)
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage calendars—they manage momentum. Someone who can anticipate what's next, keep things moving, and become the Director's trusted right hand in the middle of agency madness.
