Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman based in Madurai. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing executive schedules, preparing and handling expense reports, and maintaining effective communication on behalf of the Chairman. The individual will organize meetings, follow up on action items, and serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and scheduling.
- Experienced in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other related documentation.
- Strong Executive Support skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and represent the Chairman in professional correspondence.
- Background in Administrative Assistance, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Handling the Travel desk for the managemnet including travel axhelduing , flight planning , visa services follow through , hospitality management , etc.
