Job Summary:-
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support. The role requires confidentiality, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while acting as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Executive Support
• Manage and maintain MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
• Organize travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
• Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points
🔹 Communication Management
• Handle correspondence on behalf of the MD (emails, calls, letters)
• Act as a bridge between MD and employees, clients, and vendors
• Draft professional emails, notices, and internal communications
🔹 Coordination & Follow-ups
• Coordinate with different departments for updates and reports
• Track project progress and ensure timely execution
• Follow up on pending tasks assigned by MD
🔹 Confidentiality & Documentation
• Maintain confidential records, documents, and files
• Handle sensitive business information with discretion
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
🔹 Administrative Tasks
• Arrange meetings, conferences, and events
• Manage office-related tasks assigned by MD
• Prepare MIS reports and summaries for decision-making
Key Skills Required
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Experience: 3–7 years as PA/EA to senior management
CTC - Upto 7.5 LPA (depends on experience)
