We are hiring for a renowned law firm at Ballad Estate in Mumbai.
70% Role – Business EA
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new proposals.
• Focus on hands-on implementation and impact of various processes, and business changes, with a very high degree of accountability.
• Managing the Partners’ office research
• Managing liaison and client relations in the absence of the Partners in office.
30 % role – Admin EA
• Calendar management for the two Managing Partners
• Travel Management (personal and professional) for the two Managing Partners
• Coordination with the firm’s other Partners regarding the Managing Partners’ calendar.
• Assist in record keeping and tracking of important documents (e.g., financials, asset management, tax-related, etc.)
• Organizing customized events for the clients.

Education Qualification
• Minimum bachelor’s degree level from any recognized University in India.
• 6+ years of pertinent experience in the field.
